- Lake Travis is a man-made lake northwest of Austin, TX. From what we could tell from the busy Saturday in early October, it is a great place for boating, fishing, and throwing frisbees to your dogs in the water (yeah, that's in the video!). There are also many spectacular homes built along the hillsides and the coasts surrounding the lake.
We were tickled to find the song, "Wicked One" since it is oddly water-themed... but also about having fun and not holding back. That matches the theme of this video.

It would be interesting to have a slide down the hill into the lake from those houses. To bad no-one mad it yet:) Cool area.
Okay, I was so fascinated with the stairs down to the floating docks that I hadn't bothered to think about having a water slide. Not a bad idea at all. I would hate to climb back up though.

Once I passed by a dock that had a HUGE slide on it while I was tubing (I think that's how you spell it 🤣)
OH Yes ! This is definitely my cup of tea !! This appears to be your version of our "Peanut Island" ! Excellent ! Though I think the people at 0:59 have to be dedicated boaters to traverse those stairs! If I lived in that area that's where I'd be ! Great video. Like #3.
If you look more carefully at those stairs, they are on hinges to the floating dock so that is a water level changes the stairs change angle and always connect to the dock.
@@FoxFlightDroneVideo i figured that may be the case but at the low water level its a steep decline.
Lake Travis is where my family's lake house is and I am going there for spring break ❤️

Oh God no! That was the trip we were visiting one kid in LA and flew straight to Austin to visit another kid. The dogs definitely stayed home.

Yeah, that was my first time there so the only frame of reference I had was the waterlines on the coast.

You can tell this is a manmade, artificial "lake".
You would think that the shot of the dam would give that away. :-) Also, the year I shot it, the water level was WAY down as you can tell by the ribbon of white around the waterline.
