Agreed the role of advisors can only be overlooked, but not denied. I remember in early 2020, during covid-outbreak, my portfolio worth around $300k took a slight fall, apparently due to the pandemic crash, at once I consulted an advisor in order to avoid panic-selling. As of today, my account has yielded big fat yields, and leverages on 7-figure, only cos I delegate my excesses right.

If Congress actually really cared, they would put restrictions on real estate companies from coming into cities and towns and buying up all the properties and then renting them out at exorbitant prices. The prices in my area were around 30 to 50 thousand back in 2018, then these companies came in and bought as many houses as possible and now either sell them for triple the prices or rent them out at $1500 a month, when they were being rented at $300 to $400 just 7 or so years ago. People can't afford rent anymore, especially because the pay rate is so low. People in my area are still making $8 to $10 an hour. It is so freaking sad. It is pure greed. We have the power to fix it, but as long as politicians are raking in that money, things will never change. These boomer politicians had everything so easy back 50 years ago, so they expect that everyone else has the same opportunity, but we don't. How can we expect a president in the late 70's or early 80's who has had a pampered life all of their life. How can we expect trump to understand at all when he has been so rich all of his pathetic life. He could care less about the people. And Biden is too far gone to understand. Get out and vote people, not on emotion, but on what the runner does, says, their record, perhaps someone younger that has been through what the younger generation is going through. Someone with good character. The future depends on you.

What is driving up the cost of housing is price gouging. It’s literally that simple. Not the cost of credit (that came after - as the Fed’s bloodletting approach to inflation). Not anything g to do with immigrant labor - that would lower the cost, not raise it. So, JD Vance is correct on the part about it being venture capitalists as the cause. Except, instead of following through with that thought - he blames ‘illegal aliens.’
Imagine all the documented US citizens of Latino descent working construction - but, all are now looked upon as stealing jobs from deserved white American citizens.
This is fake populist demagoguery. Do not call it ‘economic populism’ - it is not that.

JD Vance was born and raised in the suburbs of Cincinnati Ohio ! Regonomics destroyed everything he speaks 43years 1980-2023 of Reaganomics Republican and moderate democrats failed tax break giveaways to the richest 1% and corporate America over 32 tillion dollars plus two corporate America taxpayer baiouts. Drill baby drill and more tax breaks to the rich will only continue this failed American economic stupidity. After 44 years 1980-2024 of tax breaks to the rich America's blue-collar middle class workers and the working class poor have felt the financial pain.Federal minimum wage over this 44 year period today only 7.25hr It's his republican party that has refused to raise the minimum wage.

    2 question to everyone:
    1. How can we force other countries buy our goods? And what kind,of goods we can produce and sell?
    2. Will general American general population has money to buy our own products? Let's say goods from T Wal-Mart, 99 c Stores, Dollars Trees, Harbor Freights... vs goods made in USA?
With goods come from China, even if you put 200% of tariff (which you tax your own Americans), Chinese goods are still affordable to general American population. Therefore you only can restrict and lower American's purchase power and in consequence, affect their livelihood or lifestyles. Whereas today at least 70% household items or equipment is from China.
On the second question, please notice that, other countries would buy anything from us if our produced goods that other countries cannot produce because these goods need advance technology, excellent, and have reasonable prices. Another way to make other countries have to buy our goods is to have strong military, US promises to protect them and US sell them war machines that they need. On that note, currently we sell education (Chinese are attending every big US University), selling airplanes (Boeing), satellites(Lockheed, Honeywell,...)

"Similarly in economics, populists reject restraints on the conduct of economic policy. Autonomous regulatory agencies, independent central banks, and external constraints (such as global trade rules) narrow their policy options and hence need to be overcome." One shouldnt evoke G-D then proceed to attack the other party.
Its just a tiny detail but it makes the speech politics as usual. The point is my attack is on MAGA. You cannot say you love G-D, Christ, and you want to go be a Christian nation but cheer about another party’s demise. You are either one or the other. Just say that you feel your culture is more superior than another culture, which can be argued either way. Dont put G-D in this because as I try to talk to you guys in person, its wrong. It is merely a crusade to preserve a way of life at the expense of the other.
Look Trump’s life wasnt spared because of something divine while at the same time Biden’s unpopularity (only at the presence) is judgement by that same being. Its just a projection because how it works in Christianity is G-D loves both and the only one saying otherwise are you guys, so called Christians. Absolutely disgusting in my opinion.
So its fine but there is no god in this RNC convention other than the god of pridefulness. I would say things to the Democrats but as you can see they arent politicizing the assassin attempt

    Can workers understand accounting?
Adam Smith wrote "read, write and account" multiple times in *Wealth of Nations* that he is famous for. But why hasn't accounting/finance been mandatory in high schools for Gen-Z? Why not for their parents? Why not for their grandparents?
Instead we have had 70 years of television brainwashed consumerism. Did John Maynard Keynes ever see a television commercial for automobiles?
Try finding an economist who talks about the depreciation of durable consumer goods. But Karl Marx used the word 'depreciation' 35 times in the first two volumes of his major work. Thomas Sowell did not use the word a single time in his book, *Basic Economics.*
But instead Milton Friedman slapped us around for years with the *"Invisible Hand"* that Smith only mentioned One Time.
Smith used the word *'education'* Eighty Times. Uncle Milt failed to mention that. I guess he was *Free to Choose* what to leave out.
The wealth of a nation is the sum of the wealth of the individuals within the nation. But the "smart" people who are ripping off the "dumb" people don't spend much time talking about the distribution.
*The Screwing of the Average Man* (1974) by David Hapgood
