One day I went to manually turn off my pre SMART tv 42" tv and when I pressed one of the buttons and a black screen with a 240 of something and I couldn't turn my tv off, all I could do was go up or down on the menu changing the numbers. Not knowing what I was messing with the numbers, moved the number down to 0. I couldn't exit the menu and instead unplugged my tv and restarted it and now the picture is crappy with horizontal lines. WHAT DID I DO? Can you help me fix it?

Is there a way I can reset what I did on the TV even if it doesn't go to standby so I can't enter this menu anymore?

What's is the sequence of buttons?
If you have a North American device (QNxx or UNxx), then the buttons are Mute-1-8-2-PWR.
