If Mini's natural timbre and talking style is what we get on her streams, then she needs to get some lessons on voice acting or something of the sort and come up with a new character to talk as in public to not be recognized if she's going anywhere there's a chance someone might know her online. I have no idea what the exact odds are though; but while I wouldn't say she has the most recognizable vtuber voice, but she definitely does not have a background character voice; when she talk, she's no extra, can't easily blend in the crowd.
I think some vtubers (including mini) don't realize they are putting on a character voice when they are live, it just comes so natural to them. It's clear that she is playing a character voice and sort of putting on a performance, even just in her timbre and emotion, which is something normal for vtubers, but it really became clear to me when I started watching a lot of clips that some vtubers are naturals and they don't have to really try
