True for now but it took Apple 11 years (from 2010 to 2021) to reach $68B in 2021, then $74B in 2022, and $72.6B in 2023, its 13th year in China. Considering during the 2010’s China’s middle class was expanding rapidly, jobs and economy were good, no wonder Apple’s (and Android’s) market revenues rose quickly.
Given that India is going to expand steadily and then more quickly within 5 years, If India in 2023 was $8B, and Apple can grow that 20% annually, they get to $50B in 10 years (2033) and then $71B in 12 years from now.
IF India and Apple expand faster than that, say 25% per year, they reach $75B in 9 years.
That’s the long game for Apple. It may not look like much, but if it keeps growing, in 5-6 years you have 1/3 to 1/2 of China’s revenues to add to Apple’s global revenues.
