Hi, for this wifi camera , no cable is required. Only cabling required is for AC connection i.e. power supply of the camera needs electricity. If you want to connect the camera via CAT-6 Cable, you can do that too. a CAT-6 Cable from your router to the camera can be used. Hope this helps you. Yes, you can use jio dongle as well as mobile hotspot. But the only condition is that when you use hotspot from mobile, you will need to keep that particular phone near ka camera all the time.
Yes, that is needed . So in your case, you can simply login into the app using your uncle's email id, receive an OTP on his mail, enter that, create a password, add the camera and you are good to go. Simply share the login id and password with you uncle. He will use it in his app and enter the app. Once inside, the camera will be shown to him.

Very informative video . I have this camera , The video is great and the night vision is also very good . The motion detection works well . The only problem I am having is that when i go to play the motion clips ( i have an card installed) i get the "no record at this period" response. It happens on my ipad , samsung tablet and laptop. It's very annoying and I may switch to another brand as it's the main reason why i bought it. can you offer any ideas ? thank you
It might be because of some storage settings issue. If that is not the case, then the sd card might be corrupted. You may try with a new class 10 sd card. The camera is very good, hence I do not think that the camera has gone bad.

Can we watch recording under below condition 1. Camera is not connected to internet 2. Mobile is not connected to internet 3. We are standing next to camera.
See, there are twos ways in which you can setup the camera: 1. Using the wifi 2. without wifi. If you are using the first method, then you can only access the camera and hence the recording when the wifi configured during the camera setup is ON and internet (wifi/4G) is ON on your smartphone. This will allow you to use all the features of the camera. If the wifi near the camera is OFF for some reason (like network issue), then the recording will still continue but you wouldn't be able to watch it live/recording during that time. But, once the network resumes, you will be able to see the live as well the recording. Secondly, if you go with the second option, then you can only view the recording and the live footage only when you will be near the camera's wifi region (10-15 mtr.). No smart features of the camera will be working in this mode. Data consumption is not based on this sir, The data is only consumed when you watch the footage, which means in 24 hrs, if you watch the footage for let's say, only 1 hr cumulatively, then only data used will be for this 1 hr. It consumes data in 24 bps, so overall the consumption is very low
Both are for different purposes. C3N has color night vision. C3W has strobe light and 100 db siren 🚨. So if totally depends on your need. As far as the image quality is concerned, both use the same lens, hence the quality is the same

Yes, you can. There are two options for it : 1. Login the second phone using the same login credentials as the first phone.(short method) 2. Using the EZVIZ app, go to sharing options on the first phone and add the account details of the second phone with whom you want to share. (long method)

You cannot watch it in real time during downtime of the wifi. But, later on you can watch it.
Then for which purpose AP pairing is there.
Perhaps it's for when you are within range of camera's wifi (5-10 meters), you can locally watch live feed.

Can we access this camera with more than one mobile?...
Yes, you can. There are two options for it :
1. Login the second phone using the same login credentials as the first phone.(short method)
2. Using the EZVIZ app, go to sharing options on the first phone and add the account details of the second phone with whom you want to share. (long method)

Yes, it will work. If you use a good quality router with a good range (400 Mbps), it will work smoothly.
