    I have so much respect for Omega. Not only design, quality and innovation, but I can actually buy the watches without ridiculous supply games. The Omega boutiques treat customers with welcoming arms while other popular watch companies are totally clueless and rude. My next watch will be an Omega.
    Cheers

      So true! I made the same experience! Once you bought an Omega in an Omega Boutique, you don‘t want to buy a watch of another brand or somewhere else.

      Omega, Jaeger-Lecoultre, Cartier, Vacheron-Constantin, IWC always remained simple, courteous still with distinction but they made me feel most welcome in their temple 🙏🏽 There is no substitute for this. I like that 👏🏽

    Stunning video about an awesome watch Wei. Looking forward to seeing more. Omega is really pushing the boundaries of modern watchmaking. This is not the limit of their knowledge. In time we will see a mechanical watch which is more precise then a quartz one and far more durable. So awesome…

    Your channel initially explained the Spirate to details exceptionally well, in that it seems like a normal fine tuning regulator system but actually that it's totally different, and that skyrocketed my respect for your wonderful journalism!
    Great interview ! especially the part you let insight for the DSOTM. Looking forward to all your videos! Thanj you

    Omega is one of the greatest watch brands. Gregory is explaining the technology of movements so nicely. Maybe I am too old fashioned, liking mechanical watches :) For me the marketing of Omega is a bit crazy, too many editions, endless variations of Moonwatch -- cool the website down, guide the customers and not confronting with 1600 plus watches ... I am meanwhile a Omega specialist to navigate thru the website to find a specific model - this is the upside, you learn about Omega by force. Rolex might be too easy, but is this classic appearance which I miss with Omega.

    Hello and thank you for one more inspiring video. You know what Raynald said in taking pride in what your are wearing, he is so right for me. I have two watches that I am trying to get and will at some point. One is an Omega (this year or next) and the other is one of the Czapek(my take a bit of time). Keep well, keep safe and stay on time?

    Great new movement, but I’ll wait for a more legible chronograph to get a Spirate watch (like a moon watch). I don’t like the combined chronograph hours and minutes in a small counter (because I need to put on my reading glasses to tell the two hands apart). I can tell those apart in the planet ocean chronograph (and I own on of those already).

    am saving for my next OMEGA watch but is has to be a planet ocean all sedna gold 43.5mm. i hope OMEGA on the new seamaster300 pro they portrude the logo with lettering of OMEGA not just a paste on or stamp on logo. if they placed a ring around the dial with superluminova omg it would look soo cool at night pure illumination not just the dials.

      @@67tagada you can’t be on the top of the pyramid for so many years with a rubbish product. You think Omega watches are better, that’s your opinion. But Rolex watches are no slouches either.

    This seems like a very much ass-kissing interview. Would be interesting to ask some hard hitting questions. For instance, why did they release the new speedy two years ago without quick-adjust clasp, only to release it two years later. Or why is the beat rate reduced on the speedy pro chrono when they only increased the PR from 42 to 50 hours, well below industry standards. When delveloping the 3861, why did they leave the column wheel chronograph out? for their best selling signature model, the prices keep going up, but it doesnt even have column wheel chrono?

    • @Vargadumi
      @Vargadumi ปีที่แล้ว +2

      And why won’t/can’t they reduce the thickness of their watches?

    • @joegil8955
      @joegil8955 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Vargadumi Or why they announced the 38mm Aqua Terra but have never actually made them available? you have to register your interest, its been a year but dont think anyone has been able to buy them. And they have increased the price of a watch that isnt available.
