I would say 8/10 but still blew every other game showcase out of the water.

i'm so glad they said you can build your own bases on random planets, as i usually do my own thing in Bethesda RPG's instead of following the story paths... so many possibilities out in the unsettled systems....

I watch things like this to appreciate the banter, but during the starfield direct you guys were missing almost all the details that could have been great conversation points because you were just talking over it by that point.

Hey guys! I'm a big fan. Just some quick feedback. I'd prefer if there was less talking during the reveals to get your reactions to whats being said, because i think a lot of it was missed. But if you prefer to keep doing it the way you do it, please lower the volume of the reveal, so we can hear your conversations over the footage. Otherwise it just sounds too jumbled up sometimes. Starfield looks like it's a mix of so many Games:
- Seemless Space Exploration like No Man's Sky
- UI like Alien Isolation
- Combat / Gunplay like Fallout 4(ish), mixed with The Division
- build settlements like any Survival Game out there
- Artstyle / Aesthetic like Doom 2016 or Atomic Heart
I hope it delivers.
Fallout 4 had settlement building, they're building off their own experience

Agree with Kid Smoove. 8.5 is fair. Hellblade didn't need to be shown since no combat or release date was shown. Otherwise a fantastic show. Gamepass people are eating good.
I bet they saving hellblade 2 for dev direct in september or January
If that's the case I wish they didn't show it until then.
Keep in mind there's a deeper dive on June 13th so hopefully there will be gameplay for Hellblade
hellblade is game awards or gamescom.

Fable & Hellblade being heavy on in-game cinematics rather than pure gameplay was a little disappointing, but good to know Fable's unique style & humour is still intact. otherwise, this was a banger of a show. especially looking forward to more of South of Midnight, Outlaws, Clockwork Revolution, Forza, Phantom Liberty & Jusant. Starfield looks incredible if they can deliver on all that showcase promised. 9/10
this whole showcase was disappointing....bunch of multip plats, no game play, and the only ones that showwed game play avowed looked trash, i was hyped for avowed, but its def a down grad, starfield is confirmed 30 fps...............again, call me when we have game play of fable, i dont trust xbox for anything, buch of indies and tinky winky games....

Fable, Hellblade, Starfield, Forza, Avowed, South of Midnight, Flight Sim 2024, Clockwork Revolution are not multi-plats, some of the others might be exclusive, too.
Starfield, Forza, Avowed, Flight Sim, Clockwork Revolution & most multiplats showed gameplay... some others did not.
Avowed was downgraded from what? this is first time we've seen gameplay of it. the first trailer was just a CG teaser.
Starfield's 30 FPS sucks if true, but a week after it's out, modders will have patched it to 60 FPS, same as they did for Fallout 4 & Skyrim on Series X.

@@brdg4276 it wasn't much, but her talking to the guy with the wheelbarrow and when she fights the bandits in the forest, and maybe the Jack sequence is part of a boss fight... hard to tell with that part, though, as the cuts were so quick, the climbing on the table looked like gameplay.

I love Playstation but NOTHING they have comes close to the scope and ambition of Starfield.
Starfield was coming to PS5 until Microsoft bought Bethesda, so Microsoft don’t really get any credit for just slapping their name on Starfield, and it still can’t hit 60 FPS on “the world’s most powerful console”

i'd love a new one. not sure which team would work on it though, as the original team no longer exists, it was merged into Amazon games, and the team that took over is now doing Rumbleverse... seeing them come back to KI would be great though.

No halo update, no gears, no everwild by rare, no state of decay 3, no perfect dark, no indianna jones. Showcase still was way better than Sony's in pure presentation and showing variety of games. Avowed looks great, Path of the goddess looks great, Starfield looks good. Solid show.
Why did you expect all those games such as sod 3, perfect ark, Indiana Jones, when clearly they had developing issues/other games being made
@@joshuafischer4104 I didn't expect Perfect dark to be honest. but an update to Halo, gears, or state of decay/Evcerwild is needed. those games were shown in 2020.

9/10 great showcase, could have used a little more gameplay, no reason to show Hellblade if it didn’t have actual gameplay, as a huge Pillars fan I did not like the aesthetic of Avowed it looked like they took a lot of the coloring and art direction from Outer Worlds which just doesn’t fit the serious nature of that world. Fable looked 🔥 and the trained eye can see the actual gameplay in it. Starfield looks great can’t wait to play it on my PC sad about it not hitting 60 on console yet. Was hoping for persona 6 but the new atlus game makes up for it big time.

Does anyone care that they didn’t show ANY Fable gameplay? Many of us have never played a Fable game cuz we never owned Xboxes in the past, and were kinda hoping to see even just a few seconds of gameplay.
Cuz OBVIOUSLY there is enough gameplay already done to show a few seconds. Obv it’s not finished, but there’s SOMETHING. Hellblade too - I’ve played Hellblade but you KNOW there’s SOME combat section that is mostly done that they could show by now.
Other than that, pretty good show!

If this was Hellblade first trailer, I’d give them a pass for not showing gameplay, but this is like the 3rd or 4th time they’ve shown it and it was really the first big game shown for Series X|S(if I remember correctly). Still give the show a 9/10

7/10, though Fable still worries me; it was impressive to see what the other first party studios have been working on. As for third party, I got really excited when they showed Path Of The Goddes; since Ive been hoping for ages that the platform was going to get new mature hack & slash ip's. It being in GP day one only makes it sweeter, also the CP 2077 footage looked awsome. I cant wait to jump back in, I wished they showed more combat footage of Hellbalde; but massive props for Xbox for showing it in Series X footage.
