    would love if they made something like this for men as well. Not everyone likes that super-sporty look.

      This is so true. My husband doesn't like big sporty watches. He only wears his smart watches for working out and then takes them off. My best friend has stuck with fitbit charge with a metal band even though they aren't great because he likes something smaller and more discreet. I'm sure lots of guys are this way

      They do make a metal stylish watch... its called the MARQ. Retial $2400 though😂

      @PanMan223 yeah it's nice but it is also a really large watch. It's not particularly elegant looking.

      Good idea something affordable, unlike the marq series. They are awesome don’t get me wrong but very expensive (for me) at least

    Seems like a very good choice as a first smartwatch for my 65 yo mom, which has an Android phone. I dont think she would ever use the missing sports features.

    This is cool. I’m still screaming to the rooftops: why hasn’t garmin made a whoop style band the uses the gen 4 or 5 sensor for people who want 24/7 monitoring but still want to wear a traditional watch for $150-$200. They are seriously missing an untapped market.

    Yes please I would love a video which covers the menstural and pregnancy tracking features. This facet is missing from many wearable reviews and personally it is something that I would love to see covered more.

    The smoothness and the way each icon animates is so nice on Lily 2. It is almost Apple like!

    Hopefully you are at CES and going to get us a Garmin update for what's coming in 2024! Saw another reviewer post the new Garmin App update at CES. Looks like they are going with a more simple style and view. Thanks for all the amazing reviews!

    I was curious about the original lily but wasn't sure about it (especially cause it was a model from a few years ago and pricier than I expected), glad they finally made a sequel and even made it look a step nicer than the original! definitely gonna look at picking one of these up when my current watch kicks the bucket

    Bought and returned. For a watch that is made to function like a fitness and also look like a classic timepiece its disappointing that they didn’t include an always on display. I found it annoying to have to do a wrist gesture to see the time. Knew about it not having GPS and decided since I have my phone on me anyway during long walks I didn’t need it however it never could piggy back off the phone. I also don’t think the marketing is clear on the differences of the versions that offer garmin pay. I assumed it was the leather band that made that version more and didn’t realize my version did not have garmin pay. I found the band too skinny and I was in between the 7th and 8th hole with the 7th being too tight and the 8th making the watch face too lose to where it rotated off my wrist. I also noticed the aluminum does scratch up/ nick pretty easily. The older heart rate sensor also perplexes me. I was drawn to the watch based on concept and the fact that the display is all in white font as I find colors distracting. Needs a re-design. Might try the Venu 3s as I haven’t given up on finding the right garmin for me. It wasn’t this one.

    Very nice design. Was looking to buy my girlfriend something like this as she is just getting into running, but the lack of GPS is a dealbreaker. It's a shame because some fitness bands for 60 dollars now have GPS support.

    Hmmm....horizontal navigation. I wonder if Lily is showing a future interface that could be adopted by other watches, like Venu? It would definitely be more natural for those of us coming from WearOS or Fitbit (and maybe Apple? I don't know, I don't have AW).
    Ugh, no indoor cycling? Any ANT+? Otherwise, this looks like a winner.

    • @DesFit
      @DesFit  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The original Lily uses the same navigation. The widget glance UI of their other watches wouldn't really work with horizontal navigation so not sure I see that happening.

    Is the pool swimming has custom mode for pool length? The current Lily only has preset standard pool lengths, and it's quite a bummer as someone often go swimming at not-standard pools and wants accurate length reading
