Chef Ricardo, you're so right, frying just adds real flavour to veggies. In the 50s/60s, mums would fry up the leftover Sunday roast veg, like cabbage, parsnips and potatoes, for Monday's breakfast, calling it Bubble and Squeak. We used lard or dripping back then, not vegetable oil, and the taste seemed better. By the way, I peel and _julienne_ the cabbage stem, it's the best part IMHO. Hispi, aka Sweetheart or Pointed, cabbage, fries really well-the buttery sweetness is amazing.

My cabbage came out delicious i put canola oil, fine powder garlic, cabbage and lemon pepper then slowly turn cabbage to get all seasons let it cook for about 6 minutes with it's cabbage steam
