You Gotta Give Mona Some Props For The Conversations She Is Starting ! If This Was Only Heard By The People In The Room It Would Still Be So Educational And Purposeful
She is definitely not starting this conversation. TS Madison has been in the game for a very long time (waaaay before Mona, who just got on) and has never hidden her story. She’s been interviewed many times and she speaks freely in those interviews. TSMadison may not realize it but she's opening alot of people's minds and hearts to trans people. Even ppl who don't understand or don't like trans love her and she potentially helps to humanize her community. Definitely not an easy task but she's certainly capable.
Edit: but we gotta stop labeling people "small-minded" bc they think differently or disagree with us.

Glad yall are speaking about real stuff, real people beyond the politics. That homelessness is a big issue, especially in the LGBTQ youth. Political thoughts aside, we have to admit it's terribly sad for the number of kids that get neglected or disowned for their sexuality or identity. Then they're vulnerable to predators who want to exploit them.
Mona literally have the best interviews. When guest come on it feels so authentic and genuine. I love it here! ☺

I didn’t have to have guy/trans/lesbian friends to know how to respect people. My parents taught me to respect My neighbors and that’s just how I go thru life. You don’t have to like something or engaged in it or believe it but just be respectful and that’s what I will teach my kids

This episode was so eye opening and I agree women in the black community especially has to realize the experiences of our black men from being molested, being gay or bi and afraid to tell their truth bc of the judgement to just being black in America and having to deal with yts and the system not wanting to see them succeed it's all just very heavy and until we can acknowledge all peoples experiences We never get ahead.
