It’s much harder to perform when expectations are so high…they won’t be overlooked next year. Last year b4 Alonso took over they were almost last…ended up 6th by the end of the season…nobody expected them to challenge for the tittle..just be a good team that would fight for UCL spot…and now they do this? Next year Munich will not underestimate them.

If Bayern and Leverkusen go to the final game with 3 points difference then Dortmund would beat them on the final day just to rain on their party because Dortmund is capable of doing that. They should never play the last game with a 3 points difference. That would put too much pressure on them because they are playing away and against a team which can beat them.

As my favorite player, Harry Kane sees it, Leverkusen will brick their last 5 games, Bayern will somehow rejuvenate and Kane will get his 50 goals and his title by the end of the season.

i'm so glad that Leverkusen are having this success. i love Xabi Alonso and he's become one of the best managers in the world so quickly. the only sad thing is this team is going to get torn apart in the summer because huge bids will come in for Wirtz, Frimpong, Grimaldo, and Boniface. i just hope they don't go to Bayern Munich. i'm so tired of them stealing all the best players of other teams in the Bundesliga which causes the league to be non-competitive.

Mainz should have scored at least 3 times in the second half while Leverkusen just had one shot at the goal which only was successfull because Mainz's Keeper made a big mistake.

Dortmund almost winning the Bundesliga, that is luck and based on Bayern playing poorly. Compared to Dortmund, Leverkusen are an exceptional team that can stand on their own, and even if Bayern were in top form, Bayern would be neck and neck with Leverkusen.

But its the "we got it in the bag" mentality that is the most dangerous as it can easily tip a team to switching off. Its not in the bag until Bayern cannot catch them. 10 games left for Leverkusen, I think, with a a 11 point lead, and Bayern has a game in hand.
