I like how his "radio Guys" are a homage to the same "radio guys" seen in the live action MOTU movie. Also, the voice actress for Motherboard is the same actress that played Evil Lynn in the same movie.
@@JaysonHodges27154 I'm honestly not sure. In Hordak's case, though, they needed someone who's carried the right vibe. Meg Foster was a surprise though, I'll admit.
I don't quite like that Hordak's voice, but that voice would be perfect for a Darkseid inspired villain. Don't get me wrong, I like Keith David, I like when he do the voice of Spawn. But this, makes me think of Thailog not Hordak. If you seen the 1980s He-Man and She-Ra cartoon, you know Hordak's voice.
preemptively adding that any "so much better than gay she-ra 2018 hordak!!!!" comments are not welcome here. these are two very different interpretations of the character with different goals and different creative teams and suit their respective shows just fine.

that little nod with the radio guys made me way happier than it had any right to
@@superscrungus Same, I feel like a nerd for immediately recognizing them too, lol.
They are Com-Techs.
Hordak speaks with Spawn's voice a little deeper, actually more like a mix of Spawn and Goliath. It remains more manly than King Andrias.
The core will be very jealous that andrias become Hordak and I don’t think Anne or anyone can defeat Hordak
Motherboard was voiced by Meg Foster aka Live Action Evil Lyn.
Hearing Keith David's voice as Hordak is soothing. ☺
Dr facilier.
It’s so genius that the character they built up as the big bad is really just a henchwoman for the main villain
Motherboard: After all this time, Greyskull is ours.
You should hear Hordak voiced by the late Kevin Conroy.
I don't mind Keith David, but I was really hoping Keston John would return as Hordak.
hearing him do hordak's goofy snort laugh wouldve been great
@@superscrungus Also, before Meg Foster was revealed, I thought Tara Strong would voice Motherboard based on her design alone.
Both are a good fit for the character
@@josephedmondson1969 Who did you think was going to voice Hordak and Motherboard before Keith and Meg were cast?
