Sorry Chris I know this is off topic but I have started building a round. I am almost ready to start my own window cleaning business. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how to find someone to hire for the work! Thank you for your video it is really helpful! If anyone else sees this and has suggestions any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
It's fine buddy. Do you know anyone that might be looking for additional money? Facebook posts work well but make sure you vet people. Ask your customers if they know of anyone looking for work. I've advertised on indeed....mixed results 11 interviews booked...3 show up
@@ChrisAddis Thank you very much for your reply! My only trouble is I'm not trained in window cleaning, but I am sick of my job and have wanted to start a window cleaning business for a little while. I am able to get plenty of customers which is great so now hopefully I can find someone who would be happy to take on the work as the customers grow. Plus I'm happy to learn as I go and get stuck in!
Thats certainly one way of looking at it. There are a number of reasons for selling rounds; maybe the seller is retiring, hurt himself or just wants to reduce their workload. I've been offered some good rounds and ones where I've decided its no good. I'd try and keep an open mind and weigh up each one on its merits.
We use an app called squeegee. You set prices put in the address, phone number etc....all I have to do is remember to press a few buttons to send a pre typed text message or email to the following days customer. I try to group the customers in groups nearby to where one of the vans is so we don't end up trundling all over the place.

I have a verified google business page but it doesn’t show up on maps or search at all. Even if I type in my exact business name.
Hmm...I'm no techy buddy. Suggest you reach out to Google or talk it through with an seo expert.
Doing better finding it now? Mine works great. Didn't see it for almost a month after setting it up though. I know TradMan did a good video on this.

On average how much do you charger per window ? How do you price the house
Me personally, I price per job(or house) rather than per window.
how do you manage your clients in terms of recording their details and knowing where you have to be and when?
