These colors look beautiful together! I’ve made this exact cake with a light lavender color, makes me with in would have added a drip, it definitely looks great on there!
Thank you! Lavender would be pretty too, but yes, I love the gold drip too. This was definitely my best one yet. So much trial and error tho, this was just pure luck, lol.
Sure thing! The yellow fondant was Wilton’s golden yellow, and for the red, I use Americolor super red to get a nice bright red base then used one drop of Americolor chocolate brown at a time until I arrived at the shade you see. It will darken a smidge as it processes so keep that in mind when adding your brown. Hope this helps!🥰
@@ashwinigattu4744 I didn’t do either. I mixed it up and used it within the hour. Americolor super red is so concentrated, I find it doesn’t really need it. Once my frosted cake goes into the fridge to chill it comes out perfectly
