MADiSON is a first person psychological horror game, featuring disturbing gameplay and an unsettling and compelling narrative.
STORYLINE
What would you do if you woke up locked in a dark room, with your hands covered in blood? Play as Luca, and endure the brute torture of MADiSON, a demon that has forced him to continue a gory ritual started decades ago, making him commit abominable acts. Will you be able to finish this sinister ceremony?
CHARACTERS
Every character in MADiSON has a disturbing story that blends seamlessly into the main narrative. Watch every step you make and be careful not to attract any unwanted attention. You won’t be alone.
GAMEPLAY
Use the instant camera to survive this torture or dive deeper into it.
Develop the photos you take manually and face the fear of unveiling the truth.
Search everything, pick up elements and interact with them to survive the entities.
Randomly activated events and changing puzzles throughout the game assures a higher level of replayability.
Get lost in this immersive and terrifying experience thanks to high quality visuals and 3D sounds.

Here's a game that's really delivering on the promise of its demos. The tense and oppressive atmosphere is made more realistic, imo, by the beautifully detailed, days-gone-by look of the generations-old family home. The constant low hum and random sounds in the background are both creepy and misleading. Which sounds are just the house and which are something/someone else? And the lighting, though sometimes very dark, is masterful. The shadows, particularly, seem layered rather than flat. Is something moving in the darkness? I found myself straining to see. Of course, the puzzles are fun, as long as CJU is doing them. 😅
Kudos to Bloodious Games for finishing this project, for giving CJU a key, and for making a game in which you actually care to find out if Luca is the Mad (i) Son.

When I first saw the demo, I wondered if it was partly inspired by the Suzanne Vega song, "Luka". Its from the era the look of the game seems to be set in.

As someone who lives in a city called Madison, I appreciated CJU welcoming me to Madison.
I dont think I watched the demo but even from just a few minutes of this game I know its gonna be a hell of an experience. The sounds in the background make you feel paranoid, genuine fear and confusion in the voiceacting, not to mention the stunningly horrifying visuals. Will patiently wait for another part of this game. Thanks, Chris 😁

Great atmosphere, instead of relying solely on jump scares. It's really well done and is great example of a well crafted horror game. I'm so glad that the devs finally were able to release it. You are giving us a great series with this Chris Cheers!!
To start with: I'm so so happy to see you playing this, a full release! I worried it'd be another of the MANY promising games that fell through. I hope this series (and game) gets really popular, so much work and care was put into this.
Also, what priest says "yeah, just do what the demon wants." Ffs, no demon is taking someone over to go binge at McDonald's and eat a ridiculous amount of chocolate then peacefully leave. I'm very interested in how they develop this character, a priest advising people to submit to demons.

This is by far one of the best horror games I’ve seen in a while! The atmosphere, the sound, the voice acting, the graphics all phenomenal! And of course, fantastic commentary as usual :)

I didn't recognize the title when I clicked on your video, but as soon as I saw the tv on the pedestal and heard the father through the door, I remembered watching you play the demo. I really enjoyed that, so i'm pretty stoked the full game is out.

Haven't been creeped out this much stumbling around a cursed house since Visage.
That was a looong wait for this one, but it for sure was worth it! I like how the concept progressed and the subject is neat to explore. Is protagonist possessed or not? Definitely waiting for next part!
I also had a little thought Officer Russel was potentially "seeing" Luca but it is definitely to much Fobia for another time travel :)

I love how people nowadays actually think Polaroid pictures HAD to be shaken 😆 It just made it develop faster and sometimes it looked worse or had artifacts, so it actually had a disclaimer to NOT shake it so you would get better picture quality. It developed fine by itself, people 😄
