Hi dear i have applied for my psw but my visa is expiring next week and my employer is asking for right to work prove , I have given my UAN but still he is asking for another evidence, what should I give them?

But decision is pending and my brp expire on 1 Jan 2024
So I need extension or not please inform me
Usually it takes 3-4 weeks for your new BRP to arrive by post (but first you will receive a confirmation email) so I would not worry much at this point in time. Regarding your previous BRP, I believe you don't need to do anything now as you applied for PSW visa prior to your BRP expiration date. Hope this helps!

Hi, does the PSW also allow you to apply for a PHD program during the next 2 years?
Hello. You can apply to a PhD programme while you're on PSW visa. However, if you start the programme you will have to apply for a student visa again and your PSW will no longer be valid. I hope this helps!
