    Styles really do make fights.
AJ had a brawl with Whyte.
    Fury dismantled Whyte.
    Wallin gave Fury trouble.
    AJ dominated Wallin.
    Parker got stopped by Joyce.
Joyce got sparked by Zhang twice.
    Parker beats Zhang.
    Ruiz shattered AJ.
    Parker beat Ruiz.
    Whyte beat Parker.
Fury had 3 good edge of your seat battles with Wilder.
    Parker out boxed Wilder.
I'm not commenting on Ngannou as those fights were just a side show.
Fury vs Usyk will be interesting to see but for me a fit tuned in Fury beats him.
AJ for me still should fight a top contender for a chance to win a belt. Maybe Fury will vacate a belt if he beats Usyk and AJ will most likely fight Hrgovic for it. Although it probably should be Parker or even Sanchez.. Time will tell.
The new breed of heavyweights are coming through the ranks now.
After the undisputed is finally sorted I'd like to see some kind of league competition with say the top 15 boxers taking part by which time AJ, Fury, Wilder etc will be retired.

I’m a boxing fan and I understand why people like Simon are so dismissive about crossover fights but let’s not devalue Francis, he has opened the biggest can of worms in just a matter of months.
He exposed Fury. People are now assessing Fury in a very different way since that bout.
Similarly, but in a positive way, AJ has become GOD since Friday night.
Thank you Francis, whether you were using these fights to elevate your status, or whether you were used by the industry for entertainment is not so important to me - you have provided a wealth of information on two of the biggest heavyweight champions in our beloved sport of boxing.
And as for money - I wish the cynics would shut it about how Francis made some easy money. EVERYONE made money out of those two fights including Talksport and they’re still making money because they have something fresh to blah blah about.
From now until May 18th we all have to wonder is Fury good enough to take on Usyk because …”judging by how he struggled against Ngannou blah blah…”
Francis is the gift that keeps giving. Thank you sir!
I hope Usyk flattens Fury and finally ends all speculation.

If it was only down to ngannou how the fight went down, how come he was fooled by aj with his pull counter twice in two rounds? Pulev took longer to get fooled by that and he is 40 years old. Just accept it, ngannou didn’t fight to win against fury, basically every round apart from the KD and the 8th was won by fury. Ngannou only punched when fury punched and didn’t create anything that wasn’t opened up to him. He showed heart but didn’t show any creativity, as soon as he did try to show it he got caught and taken out. That would happen against basically any boxer with technical ability in the top 20.

People like Simon assume Fury made it a farce against Ngannou, People like Simon like to say that Fury didnt train,
and he wasnt himself.... People like Simon just cant bring themselves to say Fury is Overrated and has been exposed several times.
The second Spencer brings up Wallin, Simon says well that was 2 years ago, Who gives a fook how long ago it was ???
Fury lives off his Klitchko win and that was 8 years ago ??? But thats ok right ?
Arguably Its Furys only credible opp to date, And the reason he took that fight was because it was a shot at all the belts.
The very second that was reversed and klitchko was coming back for the rematch for the belts against Fury...
Fury ran a mile as usual and didnt take the rematch. And since that day he has faced mediocre guys.
People like to say well Fury beat Wilder 3 times, as if Wilder is some dominant great champion ???
Wilder fought NOBODY in the top 40 in his 1st 32 fights, Absolute joke of a record.
After that hes best win is Stivern or Ortiz, during which Ortiz was dominating Wilder in every round until the knockout.
Wilder is more over hyped than Fury, altho its close imo. Both guys have never stepped up against the top people.
1 guy has stepped up and thats AJ, When your continuously facing the top guys you stand more of a chance of losing
Thats why AJ had a few losses , NOT because his sh1t, But because thats what can happen when you face tougher guys.
If Fury or Wilder would have faced all AJs opps at the same time AJ did im sure they would have losses also.
AJ never gets the credit he deserves, meanwhile the other 2 that avoid everyone get the credit. makes me laugh really.
Fury knows AJ is a threat, and thats the reason he has NEVER taken the fight everytime its been able to happen.
I would still like to see any of the following - Ngannou vs Whyte, or Ngannou vs Chisora, or Ngannou vs Wilder

You're not really looking at the situation. When Joshua fought Pulev, he was still fighting in the same manner as he was in the rematch with Ruiz. Defensive minded and technical. He carried that way of fighting into both Usyk fights. That style of fighting ended with his bout with Helenius. This is a new Joshua. Marrying his original combination and offensive minded style, with his post-New York defensive and technical style. In hindsight he shouldn't have taken the rematch with Usyk. But I understand why. Usyk v. Joshua 3 looks very interesting now because it seems we're looking at the best version of AJ.
