Although this video is only 6 months old as I post this, unfortunately you missed out on the Hub software upgrade (v1.03). Now you can tweak the enhancements, for custom adjustments to the compression or to the bass, mid or treble frequencies. There are also 3 different settings (in the "hamburger" menu) for the Auto Gain, targeting different levels.
Can anyone elaborate on this for me? My biggest issue in sound recording has always been room noise / echo / picking up ANYTHING that makes sound nearby. Meanwhile, I watch various shows, where people are obviously talking, and moving around, they touch the mics etc, and there's next to no sound. Will this device manage that? Yes, of course, reducing hardscapes in my room is a plus, but that's not what I'm getting at

Get a dbx 286S, it has noise gate on it and that will block a lot of the background noise
No recording function on the app. Obviously one reason why it’s not selling well and they reduced it to a fire sale at 99.00.
Pretty sure it includes Hindenburg which is for recording and editing.
