I know Zandalari trolls whole thing is having dinosaur Druid forms, but I genuinely hope/wish blizzard will someday change the regular troll travel form to a raptor of some kind. It’d be cool for worgens to get some sort of lupine travel form too. I’d just really be down for more unique race specific Druid forms in general I think
You forgot to mention when troll druids got their fancy swift bat form. You showed it plenty of times in the video, but only mentioned the plain version.

Hiru, you probably should have waited about 6-8 weeks with this one , druids are getting all sorts of new forms and models in 10.2 🍻

The epic flight form quest line was great.
Why didn't you mention the updated cheetah form which you showed at the end?
Wotlk: the aquatic form is taught from the trainer and the quest chain instead rewards a nice belt for the level.
I really miss the old, simple flight forms. The plain brown crow for tauren and plain black crow for night elves. I get that the swift flight form looks more like the respective race, but idk. I just miss my humble brown crow.

I think I was one of those odd masochists… I started in BC and when I got the quest for aquatic form I did it then and there.. and being a new player on the alliance side with no friends and barely any understanding of flight points I made the trek from Ashenvale through the barrens to ratchet, then took the boat to stranglethorn, then swam all the way up to west fall for the quest.
I would learn three weeks later the easier(somewhat) way going through wetlands cause though I went to west fall I didn’t even get the flight points to connect it to booty bay
You did it the chad gamer way, the alternative would have been to pull a zoomer attitude and insist on guides, I highly recommend Turtle Wow for you, its paradise for vanilla/bc enjoyers
The glyph of travel speed boost was not always deactivated in PVP and you did not drop a flag when shift to the 100% stag. Also if I remember correctly, at least in the beginning you where not slowed or somehow negatively effected when attacked.
Was quite funny to play warsong in that time as a druid. 😂
if Wow ever gets Mist classic, I want an alteration where you can carry party members in flight form but you both get an achievement that saids "Heck yea, Bird form"
However one thing I do miss from the classic era before removal in Cata I believe were class quests, as in the quests that teach you about the core of you class.
I will also say that I do miss the leveling before WOD because with WOD, you level up to fast and squish to much to the point I feel I am not in a particular area long enough.
1:43 - 1:52 wrong images man, thats epic form... only the epic ones had those decorations. The base form were the simple brown and grey bird with the mentioned ear difference and no armor decoration so 4 skin total...
And not a single mention about the travel form abilites that came in later expansions like aquatic had an under water sprint and the stag had a leap ability wich could negate fall damage etc...
+You know brids can pick up herbs without breaking flying, a big speed advantage over other classes
++There was an upgrade option to 310% flight speed if you managed to obtain a mount with 310%, Al'ar for example
Not sure if this has changed since WOTLK & Cata, but one of my favourite things about being a Druid was being able to “mount up” mid-air or even from water. Jump at surface of water, hit flight form, zoom off.
Oh. And on the rare occasion, being able to divebomb AFK players from the opposite faction.
Think you’re sitting safe on your flying mount way up in the sky? Here’s a Druid flying by, cancel flight form, cast moon fire, back to flight form. And watch the AFK-er get dismounted fall to their deaths.
What always annoyed me is that travel form makes you wait a few seconds when walking out of a building or stop moving completely before you can travel form, this is the same in classic and retail

You didn't mention that the kul tiran flight form had alternate colors that were never implemented.
I love these videos, they're great for drinking games. Take a shot every time he mispronounces something that you can hear pronounced in-game. You win if you don't die of alcohol poisoning😅
On a side note, Anzu was added as a default boss to the heroic Sethekk Halls, so the mount can still be obtained, even with the original druid flight form quest chain gone.
As a former Druid main, idk why it took blizzard so long to create new druid form skins. For every new mount they've introduced, I've yearned to see the day they add new druid form skins. I'm glad they're doing that as of recently and now. Better late than never I guess.

I think if I had a worgen druid i'd want to use the raven but the sentinel owl feels night elf ish for me.
it's been 7 months, and I still don't get the joke at the end, probably because i'm not a druid main so it is automatically going over my head
The old cheetah form was completely removed from the game recently - like around the time of SL. No way to get the yellow original cheetah form anymore.
I'm forced into cheetah mode (if I have that selected in the barbershop) and I fly into the Trader's Shop area. It's about the only way I know how to get it to pop up without being forced into stag/owl form :s ?

I do remember you could carry passengers on the cheetah forms and sentinel owls but since they're smaller it looks really goofy
