I just discovered Sarah and Jonny's Trio. Hope you all are still together now (2/2012). Wow, all of you are great. Great arrangements and musicianship. The trio is fantastic and Sarah sings like a swingin angel. Love it.
My favourite track by the Quartet with Sara. All these videos are well photographed and recorded, with a great stereo soundstage and each guitar panned left and right. The musicianship is fantastic and I love Jonny and Jason's guitar playing both chords and solos and they play off each other well. And Dan's walking double bass is the perfect accompaniment as he plays through the chords changes in a swinging style. And just love Sara's phrasing over the top and this is my favourite band that she plays with. I am playing all of these videos from Jonny's channel in rotation and thank you for putting them up. I just wish you would tour Australia as I'd love to see you live, although this is the next best thing.
I wish I can see you guys Live somewhere here at Orange CA! I would so bring all my jazz buddies and set up an oldies theme and start dancing all around!
