I sincerely want to congratulate the camera man. No non sense moving around, but showing us the complete picture all the time so that you can look at any part of the frame and focus on any musician you want. Simply brilliant!!! I know the camera didn´t have a lot work once he framed the picture but still, I feel the need to congratulate him or her for doing it this way. It gives you the feeling that you are in the room!

Love this performance and particularly appreciated the centre guitar players fashion sense. I wish all the players were dressed like him. It would have added to the enjoyment. But I see they are practically strangers and don’t normally play together. Which makes their performance even more marvellous.

Well, have to stop, make my tea, sit down and watch the gem i found in YT. Musicians par excellance! Im watching a free concert in Vancouver Island, BC, and chorusing on the "whoa" of the audience. Wish i was there! From an ardent fan of Django.

I went on a pilgrimage to Liberchies (Belgium) where Django was born and then to his grave in Samois (France) where he went fishing nearly every day. I’m even more obsessed now.
Duved was playing at the Spirit de Milan last night... the combination of this music and a lovely slippery dance floor made for a very special evening. I know balboa isn't the "authentic" dance for this but it really fits.
Je suis Manouche Français et cousin germain de DORADO SCHMITT. Chez nous la musique coule dans nos veines et j'ai rarement entendu un groupe aussi proche de la musique de Django. J'adore leur style, ils sont vraiment très bon. Il devait venir à Forbach qui abrite le plus grand nombre de musiciens Manouche du territoire véritablement référence du jazz en France, la ville où habite DORADO et ses enfant SAMSON et AMATI tous des musiciens monstrueux. Tous les ans entre fin mai et début juin nous faisons un festival de jazz Manouche, nous serions très heureux de les recevoir chez nous un de ces jours. Bravo les gars et je vous dis à bientôt.
