Bawasan nyo po sana ang sugar content, masa madami po sana ang turmeric kesa sugar.
Saktolang den mahirap naman kung sobrahan maanghang
Ang taas naman po ng sugar content nito. In 1 teaspoon which amounts to 5 grams there is 4 grams, meaning 4 grams na asukal and 1 gram lang na turmeric and other ingredient per 5 grams.
Tinadtad ng mga artificial flavours at asukal which is highly inflammatory. Wala nang bisa yung benifits ng turmeric dyan
