    I like how you show the tensions you need to hold to get the string to bind . Good stuff. Thanks

      Awesome. It was hard to get some of those camera angles to show what I was doing.

    Do you need to have humidity pack in your case all the time?

      Thank you. This was a tough one to film the different angles without another person holding the camera.

    "A pair of strings" lol do you mean a set of strings? or is that just in case we fubar the first attempt?

      I did manage to fubar it on my first go, and the 4 in my pair were color coded even! SMH. Got to go back in my neighborhood store tomorrow for some more grief I suppose. It's either that or un-fubaring things by becoming left handed. Not a lot of hope there though. As someone who plays drums for a living I've already experimented and abandoned attempts at becoming ambidextrous. Thanks for your videos.

    You're using Worth strings on the Koaloha Ukulele. I just bought that and it came with a low G. I bought Martin strings. Are they appropriate for this Ukulele?

    Very helpful, thank you. Just one little thing - It’s “taut,” not “taunt,” which is very different. But otherwise great!

    I did this but why are my notes lower down Now? Did i do something wrong? When I play fret 1 on any sting it sounds awful. It only makes the right sound when I press on fret 3. Fret 1 shouldn't be that low. What did mess up on?

    • @Ukelikethepros
      @Ukelikethepros  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      SMFullMetalPrime no problem, it sounds like your string is not tuned high enough. As you tighten the tuning peg it should get to the right pitch. Make sure to use a tuner and make sure the tuner says “A” if tuning the 1st string, “E” for the second string, “C” for the third sting and “G” for the 4th string

    If you're not using a wound G scissors will work just fine to cut the strings
