I personally would never be able to eat chicken feet just because I have it in my mind 😂but I think it’s great that you eat it. I mean why kill an animal and not make use of all of the parts ? Eileen :D i ate chicken feet just yesterday! sooo yum :D - the steamed one is interesting, usually i have the brown marinated ones :D - ive never seen a chicken feet eaten with vietnamese coriander :D hehe - do you like tripe aileen , tendon is also nice in dim sum ^_^
Haha. The steam one is quite bland. I just like it because it's fun to eat. I eat coriander with a lot of things 😅😅 I love tripes, tendons... pretty much everything at the dim sum restaurant 🤤

Trying new things is always fun. The Dim Sum is fried first and essentially steamed in sauce until it's very soft. Go to any chinese Dim Sum restaurant and ask for it. It's delicious.

That looks very good - I love chicken feet especially for Chinese dim sums! I know some Westerners probably can't take it though, but I really love chewing on the bones to get that glutenous texture haha 😂😂

I love chicken feet. I boil them, and since I always have pig lips around, when I finish the pig lips I keep the juice to let the pig feet soak (for maybe a day or two). Then I eat it the pickles chicken foot.
That sounds delicious. I usually eat pig feet in a spicy noodle soup. Kinda like Pho.

It might look weird, but it tastes really good. In here we cook the whole chicken in broth chopped in pieces with many spices. It’s delightful!

Hi, it didn't look good till you started eating it. The sounds from your mouth tells me you really enjoy eating them. We are not used to that in the west but you sold me on it. I'm going to try it cooked from an asian store first so I know what it's supposed to be like, then I'll go from there. I heard it's really healthy too, maybe that's why you are so beautiful. Thank you for this awesome video, I liked it a lot.

I have not tried this dish yet however I do see them at the dim sum place. Rau Ram is tasty for a lot of Vietnamese dishes. Another nice video Aileen.

I’m from the states and ate chicken feet when I went to Taiwan. They really are delicious!
Yes they are. So many different ways to prepare them.
Why do you need to go to Taiwan for chicken feet. Just go to the nearest Asian store. I live in a smallish town that has just about anything you can get in the East you can find in these stores. There's like 3-4 Asian stores downtown near each other and even the local grocery store sells Eastern foods or Spanish, it's not a Walmart, it's better.

Chicken leg is nice as long as you donteat them too much 😉😉
they don't have flavour because you didn't prepare them like you should!
You should have boil them for at least 2 hours, add lots of vegetables (carrots, parsley, onion) salt and black pepper !
Only then you can eat them with taste plus they are going to melt in your mouth and you wont need to eat bones like you do now (dont eat bones girl!!!)
Bones very easily will separate from the rest.
I actually love eating it simply boiled like that. Thank you for sharing your tips and ideas to make it better. I will remember for next time 😉

I tried them at dim sum, they were good it was just the little finger bones that scared me a little and the texture. I think I want to try again though, because I don’t like the idea of not liking stuff
