I've actually never had chicken feet before. I think its because of the soft skin... as a kid I wouldn't eat chicken skin unless it was crispy and fried.

So many nice things that I’d like to say about this video (I love chicken feet), but I have to ask about the the pork tripe/stomach. I actually have some in my freezer. I’m always inspired to try new things so I saved it from processing a pig this year. Do you have any good recipes? I have no idea how I should cook it yet. I’d love to hear your ideas. ❤️
The tripe that I mentioned are beef tripes. Look up Ginger Scallion Tripes. This is what they serve at the Chinese Dim Sum restaurants. I'm sure you'd be able to do something similar. Good luck.
