If I may reply... No, you don't need to do anything except drag in the overlay file from wherever you've stored it. See the video at 1:13 where he drags an overlay file *over on top* of the original picture.
Everytime I pick a yellow tone, on the solid color adjustment, it shows up as green... :-\ Tried with several images and overlays, but same result. The only think that helps, (a lot!) so far, is setting the blending more from color to overlay... Any idea why?
All of these can be applied so simply to amplify the image. Extremely helpful man. Thanks so much.

They don’t! It’s just a layer blend mode that you add on top of an image as a PS later!
