Chris is an awesome guy. This interview thing was not something I was comfortable doing but Chris convinced me it would be cool and why not, he was right. Very professional and made the interview very comfortable. Your videos are fantastic. Love the CB interviews. Thanks again for taking the time to make me part of your wonderful channel.
That custom sleeper fabrication sure give it an authentic west coast look of the time. I remember many custom K W and Pete's back then had a shiny Mercury sleeper..It was a Pete option until 1977 when they started build their own Factory walk in sleeper.
Nice episode. Back in the day, I drove a 61' Needle Nose Pete (351 kit on 53 Autocar aluminum rails) as an OO tank rig (truck & trailer) hauling petroleum. I know the feel of that twin stick Pete real well. Nice trucks. That's fine example :-)
A beautiful truck. LOVE the IHC reskinned sleeper. Back when this truck was new. Sleepers were a add on. And you got in to it thru the rear window pass thru.
What a perfect restauration and save oldscool stufff, original from 1958, you see that letters on the door , perfect... and why not some pin striping for the truck show's ... i give a thumb UP !!!!
Nice job Chris - like'n the "driving around & this truck stood out to me " . Kinda like walking around the mall and seeing the playmate of the year ? Absolutely astonishing truck / restoration 🏆 . By the way I'm the same age as truck and won't lie to you she's WAY BETTER LOOK'N than me ...

Super good choice of engine, 335 are reliable. I had a 1967 335 pumping 412 to the ground! Outstand job of bringing her back better!
