Probably in a duffel left on the bank. I use a fishpond waterproof lumbar as my duffle, use the sling when I'm moving spots, drop it at the next area. Fish a bit, come back for a break, etc.

Old legendary Simms Vertical pockets - hard to find some in this time.
The Patagonia vest is a good alternative, similar pocket setup. I have the orvis ultralight vest, it's comparable. Just wish it was more breathable
