If town and planning were really strict, most of these buildings will not be allowed on virgin land (green belt) just like you have in most western countries. So count your blessings.

I don't think so. He had explained from other projects that the estimates exclude the finishes.

The roof is a metal roofing sheet.
It's a hidden roof with rain gutters all around.
