Finally, you found the right family to connect with, Michael. LUCKY you! ...
Du-mar-aw and Ding-le = You walked into barangays that don't see too many foreign vloggers, plus your English is too "slang" for the locals, so they felt shy and a bit intimidated. But good thing, you persisted because you found that wonderful large family who were celebrating. All in all, a good vlog of a random day. 👍

Thanks so much for sharing the small community life in the Philippines; boldly going where few other vloggers dare to go! The adventure is priceless and the intimacy that you bring with the interactions with the locals almost always forges an emotional connection that few others are able capture. Even (or maybe especially) so many of the awkward interactions with those who are shy for whatever reason. It's something that touches us because we can all identify with it.

Wow. Totally different vibe in this video. It didn't feel friendly. You were trying but having little success. Weird. Strange that a location change totally changed the vibe. Not sure how you ended up there. So many awkward moments. At 13:21 that girl was giving you serious eye. Really enjoyed the family party. That was the best. Made the whole trip worth it.

The rah-oh is said quickly together like squished into one syllable.
I think the emphasis would be on the “rah”. Doo-mah-RAHoh….More familiar with Tagalog & by more familiar mean totally non-fluent ☹️but understands somewhat.
