    Rasmalai
    INGREDIENTS:
    Milk - 2 lit
    Vinegar - 2 tsp
    Sugar - 1 cup
    Water - As Required
    Saffron water - 1 tsp
    Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
    Almonds - 1 tsp
    Pistas - 1 tsp
    DIRECTIONS:
    Take milk to a heavy bottom pan and boiled up on a low flame. Then switch off the flame.
    Then add 2 tsp vinegar, Stir until it curdles and add cold water. Then pour the muslin cloth and drain the water. Paneer is ready.
    Take the paneer make into the small dumplings.
    Heat water in a pan, sugar, milk, boiled it and add lime juice boiled it once. Sugar syrup is ready.
    Then add rasmalai dumplings boiled it for 10-15 minutes. Then add some cold water.
    Transfer into the rasmalai on sugar syrup soaked it.
    Boiled milk in a pan, add sugar, saffron water, cardamom powder mix it well. Cool it once and add rasmalais, badam, pistas mix it and serve it.
    Delicious sweet Rasmalai recipe is ready to serve.

    You missed an important step chef. Wash the paneer first to get rid of vinegar smell and then squeeze out the water

    Thank u sir. I had tried most of your receipe.they are just awesome. And you explain so nicely. Surely I would try this.... Sir once I tried making Rasgulla initially 💭 it was very soft but after 6to 8 hour it became hard can u please help me out why it happened so.

      The size he shows needs maximum 6 to 8 minutes to cook. Once cooked remove slowly and drop in cold chill ice water it will stop cooking and squeeze slowly and drop in sugar syrup or badam milk.

    Chef is it necessary to use Cows milk??. I used what milk I get in Melbounre here the rasgulla r little hard not that soft what should I do?? And it is not that swollen as well though I cooked it in high flame. Plz reply. Where I went wrong? 🙏

    I have made this many times and tried a lot of ways to dry the chenna, even hanging it over night once but it never dries out enough. When I try sqeezing it in the cheesecloth, the chenna squishes out from the holes. Any tips for how to dry it better?

      Same here facing same problem, the water is not squeezed out completely.
      Again started after a year gap and unsuccessful attempts in past making Ras Malai. For me making Chenna or Paneer is crucial or foundation step in Ras malai. Let’s hope for the best. Watching very closely different videos on this.

      @@freedom4mic the only way I have been able to dry it out after hanging it is to wrap it up in paper Town and put a heavy pot on it, but even then it is still not as dry as it should be lol. Good luck, I hope we can both get it figured out, if you find a way, please try to come back and tell me the secret 😊
