Make the best Rasmalai at home with this fantastic dry milk rasmalai recipe. Perfect dessert for all occasions.

-Doodh (Milk) 1.5 liter
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/3 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom Powder) 1/4 Tsp
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Oil 1 tbs
-Semolina 1 Tsp
-Anda (Egg) beaten 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds)
-Pista (Pistachio)
-Kewra Water 1 Tsp

My dear I have made this today and I’m so happy with it tastes amazing and looks great too ♥️ lately I have been making them using other recipes and they always break for some reason 🙄 ... very important tip you mentioned is that putting the balls in the milk as we are making them .. I think that’s why mine were breaking before , I used to make the balls then after I finished I put the milk to boil .. Thnx ♥️🇸🇦

Just few tips which she already mentioned: Please keep it in fridge over night. Then it will be really soft. Use branded Baking Powder not khulla bazaar wala. And use oil when you are done kneading half the dough ( jab dough goondh lein tab oil wale hath se achi tarha goondein end me)
