Can you do a video explaining more about rootless voicings? Can you always substitute a maj9 for a maj7, and a 13(no 11) for a dominant 7? How are you choosing what notes to leave out? (e.g. for Gb7 you omit 1, 5, 11)
Beautiful!
Now I can get the real Bossa Nova rhythm & pattern. Taking it slow and then moving into a faster tempo!
Thank you

Thank you +++++
If you play a Db left Fm right you have Db7, and if you play Gb left and Bbm right you have a Gb7, I find that easier to grasp
I tried playing a song based on ultimateguitar chords. I just played it like normal sound. Any recommendations or examples or maybe tips on how you play a song using the finger methods?
You sold me Mr. Teacher….
hey! i am complete newbie to "playing piano" but i know some basic music theory because i make electronic music and i know how the chords are made, progressions are made, what is key and scale, different modes, extensions, inversions but i can't play it on a real thing because all these years i have just looked at those concept and applied it into DAW. ofcourse i can play all this on a piano but its very bad and takes a lot of time. how do i get better at actually playing piano with good movements. any free course you would suggests me to try out?
Awesome! if you're looking for free options and you just want to get your hands moving, I'd recommend playing songs you like from chord charts! play along with the recordings and have fun.
