Yo for everyone that is still concerned about vw1 being a fake pair, I just called up several of my local sneaker boutique shops here in Sydney australia, and 80 percent of their available stock of the reimagineds have the vw1 and red stitching on the inside. So I think it’s safe to say that vw1 did have a hand in producing legit pairs so anyone having concerns about that, don’t base ur legit check off the vw1 and red stitching.

@@retrospectivedave9018 yeah also read that the VW1s go for the international pairs ( which mine came from) and GOAT was willing to give me store credit back, but they did say that the shoes were authentic regarding photos I sent and that Nikes QC was really bad on the shoe.
Can someone please explain the difference between the factories because I just accused a guy of selling a fake because the lnm is way different than ln4
The pair I got seemed legit to me. I know some retail pairs had mixed matching leather and stuff quality control. The ones I got look real. The elephant print looks good, it doesn’t look way off, the stitching looks good, the back of the shoe is the same length like a retail. I seen fakes that have the back been taller than retails. I also seen some retails were the age color on the sole can be a bit lighter. I got mines from flight club. Everything looks right. The box, the book and everything

The only problem on the shoe that I have is the leather look different on the other foot. I’m confused on that but again I heard some retails are like that I’m not sure
I believe someone else in the comments got a pair from LNM. I personally haven't seen a pair from that factory in person. But, I know Nike has worked with that factory before.

@@rich_pandadsr82 I’ll be honest we’re good I just checked my fire red 4s that I got from footlocker when they came out it also has VW1 on the tag and I took the sole out and it has the red on the inside as well so we should be good maybe that’s just how it’s made in Vietnam

Goat 100% sent me two fake pairs of TS phantom lows back to back. First pair I got a refund on, they gave me credit then I got them to change it from credit to a refund on original payment method. Then for whatever reason I still had the credits so I got another pair and.. fake again. Goat is about to be called out by Nike I can almost guarantee it.

@@DatBoiZuess Leather can sometimes vary depending on how it was treated in the factory. That's always been a problem, but nothing too drastic.

I got my pair from goat and it def says VW1 but it does say made in Vietnam everything seems to check out I’m gonna look into it

I did seen a rep that has VW1 and it said it was made in China. 100% that’s a rep shoe
