Putting Solskjær in this XI is a mocery to the legacy of the rest of the legends Not that he wasnt a great player, but come on, the rest of this XI has much more pedegry as a manager
Sure as a manager he hasnt done a lot, but the list dosent say "legendary managers" does it? It says legend to leader, and if you ask any united fan Solskjær is a Legend who is now leading the club.
@@PokePresto Not questioning his legendary status. Still unproven as a leader. The honeymoon period off an interim spell don't count for squat. Maybe we'll see, just not yet. If you wanna be semantic about the word leader, then sure, I guess everyone who leads is technically a leader.
Many of you don't know, but Jose Mourinho was a midfielder. He played in belenenses, Rio ave and Vitória de Guimarães(all of which are from first division). He was a back up player. He then went to low division and retired in 87, with approximately 100 apperences and 13 goals. We all know the next.
Sam Allardyce both played for Bolton Wanderers (notably during the ‘77-78 promotion campaign) as well as managing them (notably during the ‘00-01 promotion campaign). Though he has since been pigeon-holed as a “fire-fighter” manager (with a flawless record of rescuing relegation threatened teams), at Bolton he pioneered the “money ball” method of recruiting and managing players (to unprecedented success) and was the first to really utilise the Bosman ruling to the benefit of his club - revolutionising the game. Before anyone says it - no he was not responsible for Bolton’s current financial situation. Every player he signed for money was sold for a profit and he continually operated within the clubs financial means. It was actually the fire fighting the board had to do after he left (spending huge sums on Elmander, Matt Taylor, Cahill, Steinsson and C-Y Lee - who went for either nothing or less than market price) under Gary Megson that has cost the club dear.
How can this not include Pep? A key player in the 90s Dream Team under Cruyff and later captain of the team. And one of the best current managers, having led Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.
It sounds dumb, but Kevin Muscat could slot in to centre back in this team. He won two titles, three player of the year medals and A-League team of the century as a player at Melbourne Victory. Became assistant manger as soon as he retired, three years later became 1st team manager where he has won two championships and an FFA cup.
Ole? Ole makes this list...a manager with no tactics and one super lucky win. He makes this list but players like Descamps, Blanc and Ancelloti don't? wow

No Blanc, Deschamps, Koeman, Guardiola or Rijkaard? And Pochettino?
Pochettino is there
@tingtongbundy pochettino and nuno never played for the respective teams they are managing.
@@BradVentus I meant why is Pochettino there
@tingtongbundy I get your point but they weren't really recognized as club legends in those teams
Heynckes as well...
I agree with you. I think the best ones are Zidane and Cruyyf. I also think of Ferguson
Why Ferguson? If he is one of the best, then Arsene wegner is also the best.

Hugo Gonzalez Idk I grew watching him struggle until his seasons with Van Persie and Ronaldo.
Akkar_Unbekannt Ferguson won the Champions League without Ronaldo once
NoahFan TV You forgot Van Persie.
Jurgen Klopp? Mainz legend and got them promoted for the first time ever when he became manager
How about Miguel Munoz from Real Madrid. The first man to win the champions league both as player and a manager

As Molde is my team's rivals, I absolutely love how you pronounced Molde as 'mould'. It's actually pronounced with an eh-sound at the end!
Wait wait wait... Guardiola...? Really? The best performing manager isn't a part of this list? 😅
No pep no party
Vikrant Shetty was he really a good player tho?
Definitely a better player than a lot of players on this list I guess 😅

Solskhaer in this list? You are having a laugh. No Guardiola, Koeman, Deschamps? Come on man
Too many options for selections in the midfield.
My biased opinion wants Neil Lennon in the XI but I can't argue the midfield selected
Sir Bobby Robson? Kevin Keegan?
Jürgen Klopp deserves a mention...
Rogério Ceni is more of legend for GK
Conte first replaced sarri and now sarri replaced conte
Guardiola isn't in there because?
Wasn't zizou playing for Juventus when they won it in 1997
If you mean the Champions League, Juve won it in 1996, Zidane joined them that summer.
