But plenty of off street parking outside of the cul-de-sac. Builders have actually adjusted recently to negotiations, except when it comes to lot premiums like a cul-de-sac or lots with open space/mountain views. Thanks again for commenting.

Every cul-de-sac has three homes with poor lots, poor visitor parking, no discount, and no negotiations.
