Well, it won't actually sound so bad, if not for the fact that they PUT THE ENTIRE BLOCK THROUGH A GRATER AND NOW WE HAVE A MOUNTAIN OF CHEESE instead of fried rice.

Literally every food stall here starts putting their food variation with cheese on it. Even fried rice! With friggin cheese!
Well, it won't actually sound so bad, if not for the fact that they PUT THE ENTIRE BLOCK THROUGH A GRATER AND NOW WE HAVE A MOUNTAIN OF CHEESE instead of fried rice.
Fried rice is really good with shredded cheese, but you absolutely need both a smaller amount than you’d think (it gets super thicc super fast) and other flavors to balance it out, but it absolutely _slaps_ when done right
one of my fav things about Caleb's sketches is how they'll sometimes finish in the middle of the most chaotic moments between his characters. Like the King sounded like he had 5 more minutes of being hype about the cheese in him, and personally, i was locked in to hear Caleb go for that long

Fun fact: cheese was discovered because they used to store milk the the stomach of dead animals, and so the milk reacted to the rennet in the stomach, it started to curdle the cheese. and the first person who we think did it was riding through the desert in a mouch. also, I googled it 10 seconds ago.
