Incredible my Mom who is 82 and suffers with Alzheimer's actually was able to talk to me about a trip she took with my late Father. They traveled all over Italy. My days are a blessing to have her regardless of how difficult it can be at times. This was such a wonderful moment it will sustain me for a long time. Thank you for sharing this video with us.

The clarity and quality is wonderful! It is such a joy to see this beautiful part of Italy. Even though restrictions contain our actual movement I am so thankful we can escape through the videos of others and in our imaginations!

Amazing to me how the city is built right into the mountains! I lived in northern Italy at Aviano AFB the last 3 years of high school in the late 70's and wasn't a fan when I arrived being the spoiled American that I was but by the time I left I loved everything about your beautiful country! So thankful I was blessed to have had the experience.

Carlo, today our Team New Zealand won the America's Cup (yay!) but I just want to say how impressed the whole of NZ was with the sportsmanship shown by the team on Luna Rossa. NZ has taken the Italian team into our hearts. Italy should be proud!
Covid has been such a traumatizing “season” . Sometimes I do think that it actually must have a silver lining for folks living in touristy areas to get to experience the beauty surrounding them. Less traffic, easy parking, time to talk to neighbors. Beautiful footage

Hi Sue, I'm Carlo, thanks for the nice comment, I don't know how old you are, but in my little experience, I seem to understand that mental and spiritual age is much more important than the physical one, I just want to say that I know several younger people of me, who are old inside, for how they think, for how they behave, and beyond their possibilities they do not do many things that later in their age they will hardly be able to do. Obviously I consider this a great sin, but who am I to say it, each of us must be able to do what he wants, always and in any case with respect for himself and for others. So it doesn't matter if you are advanced in age, it is important that you are young inside, and if you really want something, try it, and if you really can't, then dream it.

The Amalfi Coast is beautiful, it is no wonder so many visitors arrive there in the season to experience all it has to offer. I empathize with the residence, though, it must be difficult during that time to just live around the area.
