Hi! I use whatever i have on hand as long as it doesn’t stretch. That could be bias tape, a strip of mesh, a ribbon etc

Hi, when doing tulle bottoms using your mermaid pattern from knee to floor.
*Do you recommend adding godets to front and back piece or just cut front and back of mermaid pattern only?
*How many yards of fabric you recommend for knee to floor?

I am actually going to be trying no godets and shortening the train from 40” to 30”
The full length train with godets ends up being SO massive for tulle bottoms!

2.5 yards is enough if you’re doing the full length with godets

Hi I was able to do it with 3.5 yards! 30” long front piece and 30” long godets with a 75” long train

Hi, the mermaid gown pattern paper size is 36x72”. It varies by pattern, if you look at the file name it will have numbers at the end to show the full page dimensions
