I love your videos, Susan! I appreciate that you give a well-rounded overview of places and that you bring up things that I may not have thought about!
Thank you so much for letting me know you find value here!!! I do work very hard to put myself in a newcomers place to think about what they need to/might want to know about moving to Nashville. If you have any questions let me know! Happy to do a video for you🎉
I would love to see this kind of video for other counties of TN! I’ve been trying to move to TN for a while now but I’m between Mt. Juliet & Franklin. Thanks for the awesome videos I love them! Been watching for over 2 years now!
@@GearsAndGains1 i have entire playlists of each of the counties those cities are in ( Mt Juliet is in Wilson County. Franklin is in Williamson County) on my channel. Let me know if you have any trouble accessing!! They are very different. Happy to have a conversation to help you know which might be best for you, your needs, the type of community you want and budgetary situation… and thank you for your kind support!
@@cristinacruz6493 hmmm interesting question:sinkholes. I will have to do some research as I have never seen one nor think it is a problem here beyond the one at the Corvette museum in Bowling Green Ky a few years ago.. let me check!! Great question and thank you for watching. Unfortunately, no both of those homes are sold, closed and families happily living in them however, there is quite a bit of buyer in since was being offered by some of the new construction home builders. Give me a call we can talk about your needs and see what I can find for you.!
No Mt Juliet is a little east of Nashville (17 miles) just off I-40 east. 10 miles from the airport and in WIlson COuonty. A superb location/suburb of Nashville between the Percy Priest band Old Hickory Lakes
Hi. I'm looking to moving to Tennessee trying to find a reasonable area I've cousins who live in Cleveland My trade is mostly as an executive assistant I have been looking around at jobs but mostly interested in an apartment probably around $1,200 max if that's unreasonable can you let me know
Hi there great question! The answer to that depends on a lot of things are you looking to move to Nashville or to Cleveland Tennessee cause there is quite a difference and distance and pricing of the two areas. Why don’t you set up a time on my calendar we can talk about what it is you really want in a community and I can help you answer some of these other questions that will definitely arise from that. Hi love your videos. Can you do a video of Lewisburg and also discuss sinkholes in TN?
