Appreciate your video because you show the homes and communities, you give the facts and move on to the next. Thank you for the good information and not talking the viewer to death.
Can you do a video on retired people that want to move into the Nashville area, that can spend a decent amount of money on rent? With maybe two car garages? Both homes and townhomes… with amenities. Thanks.
Hi Jennifer, I would like to find out about Providence. I'm looking for the smallest home available. I am a widowed guy and might even consider Del Web. Thanks for your help. William Staley
If you don't mind overcrowding, you will be OK with Mt. Juliet. The year I moved to Mt Juliet was 1974 as a small child. Mount Juliet, just like many other areas in the southeastern United States, has been ruined by overcrowding. Some of the projects approved by the commissioners make no sense at all; I am convinced there are serious kickbacks being paid to the commissioners from these out-of-state "developers". The mass political migration of blue state refugees into the southeastern United States is literally destroying places like Mount Juliet. One of my goals before I die is to escape Mount Juliet and move to a place that's like Mt. Juliet was 50 years ago.
I am surprised at the lack of architectural interest in the home designs. These neighborhoods have all cookie cutter houses with no variety or character.

If you actually knew anything about Mt Juliet you would know that it is Mt Juliet not Mount Juliet.

It is hard to escape from immigrants in the United States. I wish I could find a state that has a peaceful life.

def will depend on the neighborhood for sure!
