I believe I really like your recipes because you get straight to the point and it’s not dragged out for 30 minutes… That’s a good thing I like to cook and you make it simplified. Keep doing what you’re doing you’re doing a great job.
No doubt. And she never _tells_ you what to do, she just encouraged you to trust your instincts and express yourself through your food like a *real* pro. She gives you everything you need to know and encourages you to make it your own thing. That's how you can tell she's the real deal. She inspires expression and you can't get that from a recipe book.

Yesssss I don't want that weird fat either and I have those same scissors, perfect for spatchcocking my roasted chicken lol I'm excited to try your recipe this week because southern gmas don't play bout that stew😂💜🙌🏾
I love watching you. Even if we don't use the same recipe, I can always learn something new. I haven't made stewed chicken in a while. Thanks for the reminder.
I'm like you. So,as long as you don't cut yourself, you're doing a great job cutting up the chicken 😊😊❤❤. Thanks for sharing all your recipes and time with us😊😊❤❤
Ive never really been able to dismantle and utilize a whole chicken like you first demonstrate, thank you so much. I am a southern soul cursed to the North, my grandpa was from the south amd taught me a lot but not much about cooking the heart and soul type of meals he made; it was almost like he treasured that and taught me a lot but not everything. I just found your channel, I'm the Mom Friend with 2 Adult Friend Children, lol. They love my cooking and I have decided to use their stay with me as an opportunity to learn more recipes and techniques like this thank you for your channel
Hey Camirra 🤗 I have never made this. My Grandma nor Mom made it neither. I’m going to do it though. I want to be ready for the cold weather. I think I’m gonna add some Yukon Gold potatoes…I’d roast them then add them toward the end.
Please do!i forget to mention you can ad potatoes! i have done it before in this and it taste good. you dont even need to roaste them first. i add the last 15- 20 min depending on the size. also, dont crack the pot lid, the potatoes will absorb the excess broth.
Oh my goodness, that literally looks amazingly delicious. Thank you so much for showing us your method. I think I'll have some with some rice 😋👍🫶 God bless ❤
I never knew my grand parents, I either bake, deep fry or air fry my chicken. I do make chicken and dumplings occasionally. Great video and I would never cook chicken unwashed. To nasty for words! Have a great week 😊!
I made this tonight. When I tell you, that bone broth, the fresh sage, thyme and rosemary! Baabeee it was the best stewed chicken I have ever made! I will use low sodium bone broth and chicken bouillon next time though. This recipe is amazing. I literally want to make this for Thanksgiving instead of turkey. I will always use bone broth from now on!!!! Thank you so much. I’m cooking dinner for my boyfriend and his mother on Thanksgiving. I think I will be engaged after this meal. This recipe is amazing!!!!!!!!
My son and I used to fight over the wings, so I would always just buy a small pack of wings and add to my whole chicken recipes. Now, you and your mama don't have to fight. :)
Looks like it's going to be delicious. Can't wait to try it. Don't know about cutting the back out, have arthritis really bad in my thumbs. I'll do my best.❤❤
Have mercy!!!!!!! That looks soooooo good!! Over that rice , then have some cornbread to sop that gravy !!!! Please , what's that address??? Cause I aint cooking all that ! 🥰😋🙏❤
They call them chicken "paws" at the store here. We all know chickens don't have paws. They're not cute. You've said it, they have feet. This recipe looks comforting, flavorful, and delicious. I'm totally gonna make this for the fam! 👍🏻👍🏻
I love your channel! I need that boning knife and those kitchen shears...have I overlooked your Amazon storefront???? I need that link before I drop my coins!!!!😂❤
I love watching u but I will be leaving out all the peppers and onions as I hate them and I can’t do Cajun seasoning cuz I don’t eat spicy food as I can’t even handle mild…lol
😂😂😂 i shouldnt but she the one that put me onto the wings! i saw her eating them as a kid and i got curious. then i got hooked on them too! we dont fight forreal forreal. i get one then she gets one

I only have boneless skinless thin sliced chicken breast but I’m gonna try this anyway. Sounds perfect with some cornbread and field peas. 😋😋
dont stew as long with thin breast.
@@CamirrasKitchen it was sooo good. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it!
🙌

Good job cutting up that chicken!
Chicken feet are amazing. They have the same taste and texture of chicken wing elbow skin. But they are cheaper than a wing.
thats why i get chicken feet, cuz they are way cheaper!
Fry chicken back with rice gravy
Girl rinse that chicken ❤
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yummo
I love the tip

I love watching u but I will be leaving out all the peppers and onions as I hate them and I can’t do Cajun seasoning cuz I don’t eat spicy food as I can’t even handle mild…lol
You can use a spoon to smash and peel your garlic...
Don't fight your mama ! Simple solution is besides the whole chicken, get a bag of wings !! 🙄 🤪
😂😂😂 i shouldnt but she the one that put me onto the wings! i saw her eating them as a kid and i got curious. then i got hooked on them too! we dont fight forreal forreal. i get one then she gets one
@@CamirrasKitchen
If u get a bag u don't have to get one, two. U each get 3 and 4 or half a dozen. 😅
oh yeah the recipe can be made that way too!
What kind of knife is that
It's a butcher knife. If you have to break down a lot of meat, it's a good investment.
If you and your mom both like the wings buy a pack of chicken wings and put it in there?❤❤
it ends up then bein gtoo much chicken. i take one wing, then i leave her 1 wing 😉
Hello Camera, I’m looking at your cutting up the chicken. What type of scissors are those?
5:10 they have a Tony's with no salt
