Fabric softener is the plague. Softener destroys the physical properties of the fabric. The fabric can then no longer absorb moisture thus rendering it unusable.

7 years on. And my machine is still going. And I use liquid pods... don't talk shite lol. It'll only be bad if the machine is neglected. A tablet of calgon works to keep it clean anyway. Lol

Why did Samsung set edrum clean temp at 75deg and not 95? Makes more sense to clean at the highest temperature.

The mix programme is for cotton and synthetics washing together in one wash.

Have you done calibration after installation of machine? You can find details in manual.
Because of the balance may be the floor up and down so the machine will move while spinning check the floor
