This is so Awsome , I’ve been looking for videos about them but majority are negative reviews . I need them for very light lifting like 20 to 30 lbs so I think this would be perfect for me . Thank you for this review ❤️ 🙏🏾

Barbell and Dumbells. I have a Squat rack luckily I got it years ago before inflation.
I dont have a rack but sams club as on I think, you can get it online and its not inflated price

I don't like the separated arms. I use a stand with a connected back end. Now that I'm looking to squat heavier, I'm looking at either a more solid rack or a cage.
Probably better with a cage if you are going heavy imo
Get you a couple sand bags to lay on the feet

When I Squat its in a flat foot power rack. Went with a rack for safety and versatility but didn’t want one I had to bolt down.
Absolutely more safety with a rack....do you mind me asking what you paid?
@@NoFate247 it’s the RML-390F (rogue) which I believe it was about $795 but I bundled it with an adjustable bench when I purchased it, so I didn’t have to pay double shipping for that later. Shipped to my door, with tax it was around $1623. A huge chunk of change to throw down all at once. But I used some of that stimmy money! :)
I have the same set. But i see alot like this set that have a bar connecting them. I think that would get in the way of squating and stance. no? i bought my set used on marketplace for 50 bucks.
Yeah the rear bar offers stability by then makes it harder to move around

@@NoFate247 i believe it may be the one you have in the video. If anything just from a different seller. But visually identical. My plan is to put it together, then lay the bottom 12" of both stands in concrete to make them rock solid stability wise when they arrive. Btw keep killing it. Im a fellow dad in a super similar situation to yours, cool to see other dad's getting it🤙
