The needles actually rest about a few cm/mm before there start from what I’ve noticed. I also wouldn’t recommend breaking the friction on them. I’d just set them to how you took them off. However, this is a very well done DIY
I power up the cluster on the bench and the set the needles in place, when you reinstall into the car, the needles will be perfect, your cluster looks great.
Hey bro i love all your vids! Your bimmer is sick! I only have a 328 but I've just started doing a bunch of my own mods and your videos are very helpful. I already had the idea of going a black and yellow theme with my car. I already wanted to do the yellow splat trim too. Pleasantly surprised to find someone who has done it already and looks fkn amazing! I'd love to share some pictures with you once its done.
@@Anguella97 By the way, I see that you were able to do the splatter on the seatbacks too. Now that's original! Is it okay if I borrow that idea and do it in my car too? Just wondering how did you remove your seatbacks???
@@nikkoarnado6521 for sure man idc if you paint yours, and I'm not sure what seats you have but my bride seats I just pealed all the upholstery off of the carbon fiber frames
nice diy, but i seen on the instagram that people are making custom dials, maybe you know if those oem dials (talking about ones that has all the numbers and markings) can be taken off and just replaced with custom ones?
Sweet! Do you have a link or something for the wrap on the trims? Im also doing a black-yellow combo on my E92 335i, and this is exactly what I've been looking for! Love your vids!

Make all enterior ledd
If u click the needles back in to the cluster and they dont move wen u turn the engine on.
Do u know why that could be?
Daniel Abraham yes they are in too tight just pull them off again. And redo it but don’t push as hard next time
Tyworkz what was up with your cruise control indicator at 120mph?
Real Life idk lol. It reset after a day or 2
My needles don’t move and I’ve taken them out multiple times to see if I put them in too hard or too soft and nothing
