I can truly appreciate the form, color and texture of the coffee table. I could see this in a modern loft type space. The pendant light with the pleated shade looked so expensive, as did the extra large candle. These were my favorite projects!

I totally agree but you can get the top of the table for like 20$ in ikea! you dont need to buy the whole table if you're only going to use the top part!

I really admire that you explore styles that might be outside your comfort zone. While this type of table doesn’t fit my current aesthetic either, I can definitely see it working in a New York flat or a Wabi-sabi-inspired home, perhaps with shorter legs.

I've been away for a minute just taking a break from social media but how in the world have you made my jaw hit the floor all the way from the UK on the very first video I've watched after my sabbatical? The coffee table is like something you would see in West Elm or somewhere swanky (and expensive) like that. Love it.
Wow, you outdid yourself on that Ikea table. It really looks like concrete. Definitely my favourite! If you still have the legs, they make great slimline wall shelves. I have two in my bathroom which I attached with a few command strips and they haven't budged in 2 years. Perfect size for toothbrush and other small toiletries. And you can add a thin dowel to create an edge stop and use them to display small framed pictures too :-) The final stool I am undecided on :-) Definitely looks less plasticy but am wondering if a very thin layer of the same concrete mix before spraying would have lessened the machine formed look of it a bit more? 10/10 for ingenuity as always though :-)

You hit the coffee table out of the ball park, its just my style. I have tried that feather finish product several times with varied success because its very hard to work with. But watching your technique makes me want to try working with it again.

Really like the candle. Like the other projects but the candle is up my alley , REALLY SIMPLE. thought one could add sea shells in the wax or other decorative items ! Soo clever !
The candle is such a great idea. It definitely looks better after it’s burnt. And also a great idea to use cement over the coffee table, never thought of that! I would imagine making the table edge rounder to look more soft/trendy. Amazing ideas!!
Don’t second guess yourself. Not everyone will like every piece but we can all appreciate the art of it. I WOULD buy a table like that because I think it fits many style homes. I’ve already left 2. Moments and I’m barely watching project 2 😁😁

Hi Jorge! I've used the feather finish concrete product on my floors and have wondered what diy I could do and you gave me ideas! That coffee table made my mouth fall open in disbelief that it's a diy! I wonder what that little stool would look like with gold dipped leg bottom? The little seam there looks like it's asking for it. Ha! Great projects! Stay Jorge, always!
I appreciate you trying new things, like with the table. That being said, I’m sure this table will fall apart if someone puts any lateral pressure on it. It basically works only as decor that you have to be super delicate with, which is fine if that’s what you are going for.
@@casa_refined Oh I just meant that I love the pleated shade that you made and you probably could have omitted the IKEA shade underneath to save money. Love that pleating!!
