Ofcourse! So I also use WordPress and have some products I created for Amazon KDP but they also exist on my website. So, when you create Pinterest pins, link them to that product on your website not Amazon because ultimately you want to get website traffic to your website and not Amazon where someone can easily get distracted and not end up purchasing from you where if they’re on your website browsing through products, they are staying on your website and this will alert Pinterest to spread that pin to more audiences because it’s a search engine so it follows the activity of the user who clicks on that pin and where it leads them! Yes, as long as your amazon products also live on your actual site within a shop tab (doesn't matter if the final purchase is on the actual Amazon site), you qualify to make a Pinterest store front with the Pinterest Verified Merchant Program
Unfortunately no, for your website to be claimed Pinterest, it can’t be a third party site, it has to be a domain name you own because you’ll have to put a Pinterest website claim code on the back of your website.
