My testimony: After being an atheist for 8+ years, and "married" to another female, I got the urge one day to say out loud "IF there is an Almighty God that does NOT wish us pain or sorrow, please bring me truth, I wish to know you exist". Then God immediately started bringing me the answers I had been searching 8-11 YEARS for! I witnessed Him take control of my internet and the rest of my reality; He first proved to me that demons exist (I called them "inter-dimensional beings"), then He proved His own existence, which I later found to be Jesus Christ. As soon as I found Jesus at the end of 2020, He IMMEDIATELY took away my transgenderism, bisexuality, depression, daily suicide attempts, self harm, bulimia and anorexia; and He did this all without me asking Him to, because THAT'S how merciful and loving He is! Praise God!🕊
The leap from wanting to wear a dress to transition is so insane. My little brother from time to time would dress up with us or have us paint his toenails because we were all really little and he only had sisters. My parents laughed it off and didn't make a whole thing out of it. And he grew up into a normal, happy man and a really great husband and soon-to-be father. They didn't automatically decide that the interests of a small child who was just wanting to do what older siblings were doing meant he needed to be confused and medically experimented on.
If Your brother grew up fine then he wasn’t transgender in the first place at all. Everybody already has an internal conception of who they are even when they are young.
@@Doom0728 I never said he was. I said my parents handled things correctly instead of confusing a child and encouraging him to believe he was born in the wrong body.
@Maksie0 Some people experience deep distress and confusion over their bodies and identity. And they need support and psychological help, not to have experimental medical procedures tested on them.
@owlintrenchcoat Transitioning isn't "experimental medical procedures". For a pre-pubescent kid there's no medical transitioning at all. But nonetheless, transitioning has been demonstrated to alleviate gender dysphoria. Telling a trans person "no you're not trans" has not.

Of course at this point im just making up an entire thing in my head so... I dont know what the point is anymore.
Or because it's sparkly and pretty, so find a nice king crown and a cape for him to be a king. Or some shiny armor for a knight etc. My now 14 year old loves shiny things. If he wanted to wear a dress that 100% would have been the reason why.
You also have to be careful that you aren't shutting your child down entirely. The way I would do it is question the child in case there's an underlying reason. Why do you want to wear a dress? My emotions were suppressed so I never had the chance to want to become female, but I grew up in a family where the women were loved and the men were tossed aside like trash, so maybe there's a deeper meaning behind them wanting to wear a dress or become a woman.

I was (and still am) a tomboy, I dont like dresses or most women clothing. I had multiple people who thought I was trying to be trans (I wasnt). I'm still working towards feeling comfortable in dresses and more feminine clothes. Right now I only really wear sweatpants and nerdy shirts. I still feel like I'm sinning though, because I don't wear more feminine outfits. Idk though.
Don't think it's a sin to wear sweatpants, but it's a good thing to be working towards - being comfortable in your own femininity. I think the best thing you can do is just wear feminine clothes until you feel comfortable with it. Some things are just naturally uncomfortable to us, but you gotta face it to make the uncomfortable comfortable.
Hello! Just a disclaimer, this is my opinion. In the Bible, we have multiple verses that say that being or supporting LGBTQ is a sin, though we need to respect them. The Bible also says that women should wear decent, pure, clothes. Salvation comes from faith, not from doing good things, but doing good shows your faith. Conclusion: if you have faith in Jesus and live to it, there’s no problem in not wearing dresses or skirts, or more feminine clothes. It’s a style option, and as long they show that you are a faithful girl, there’s nothing wrong with it. That’s my opinion. God loves you! Xoxo
let me make this clear YOU ARE NOT SINNING by wearing sweatpants and tee-shirts. I swear we try to make ourselves villains in placed there is no need to be. Not wearing a dress does not make you a rebel against God. People thought working on a sabbath was sinning but Jesus proved them wrong. People thought just drinking a sip of alcohol was sinning and Jesus sure did prove them wrong by making wine at a wedding. You are free in Christ, His yoke is easy and burdens are light. All you're doing in putting unnecessary pressure on yourselves and in turn you will eventually become one of those bitter Christians that hate all woman in pants because of envy. Don't do that. Remember what Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6:12 "all things are legal but not all things are profitable" last time I checked wearing sweatpants and tee's are NOT unprofitable. we need to read the word and not listen to our feelings (or even others) because we are all sinners with feelings that don't line up with the Bible. God said the heart is wicked. If you are feeling this way over pants then clearly that is not of God. The devil is shaming and guilting you in places there shouldn't be shame or guilt. you are FREE TO WEAR PANTS.
So as long as you’re not trying to look masculine, it doesn’t appear to be sin. As long as you’re not actually wearing men’s clothing, its probably okay. Pray and ask God to show you what He wants you to do. God bless you sister

Sounds like you'll be a good parent to me man. Believe it or not you can tell kids NO and they will survive 😯😯😯. But people nowadays are much more concerned with either being their kids' friend, or not even aware of what their kids are up to in the first place. I don't have kids, but I had awesome parents, and I'm so glad they actually put importance in discipline and told me "no." Zero or hardly any discipline in kids likely ain't going to help them grow up and handle life very well.
Children don't have knowledge to know everything that their parents should (though these parents clearly don't know too much) which is why it is weird when the parents act like their kids know what is best for themselves. Seeing their children grow up depressed and in horrible lifestyles is very sad, but also is just a reminder that children need guidance from the parents, to be told no when they desire something bad or harmful. If a parent truly loves their child, they will look out for their future, and know what to give them and what they ought not to give them.
@@Maksie0 Not really. If you would actually read from other people who have written their testimonies, you would know it only leads to depression and sometimes suicidal thoughts. @@Maksie0so the treatment for a mental disorder is to promote it? Should depressed people just kill themselves since that's how they "feel"? Please explain how radical mutilation is treats a mental disorder.
@Gantiz Being trans isn't a mental disorder. The distress a trans person often feels when their body or the way they're treated doesn't match their gender identity is. We call that gender dysphoria. And it's been thoroughly demonstrated that the most effective treatment for that is transitioning. Which will typically include changing one's name and pronouns, dressing differently, and later on hormone treatment and potentially some surgeries. Also, what the fuck is "radical mutilation"? What does that even mean?
@@Sushie55 There's that religious mindset again. Everything that's been demonstrated to be true is a giant conspiracy and everything that's promoted by your ancient book of mythology is true.
Not how kids work. Just ask them why they want to wear a dress, what they think wearing a dress does for them, and more. Kids are ignorant of EVERYTHING since they are kids and haven't learned yet. Kids don't understand the HUGE consequences of these actions. 99.9% of the time when the kids answer, they will figure out they dont want to do that harmful thing and will move on to the next thing. That's what kids do
@Maksie0 it isn't the dress itself. That's the problem. It's how the boy will be treated and the lessons he learns from that treatment. He will learn to act like a girl when having the desires of a boy. He will be told he has to push those down because he's really a girl now. That will make resentment towards his natural inclinations and eventually himself. That's why the self deleted statistics for trans is so high. Reality will always win.

No hate like a Christian's "love" 😂
I was (and still am) a tomboy, I dont like dresses or most women clothing. I had multiple people who thought I was trying to be trans (I wasnt). I'm still working towards feeling comfortable in dresses and more feminine clothes. Right now I only really wear sweatpants and nerdy shirts. I still feel like I'm sinning though, because I don't wear more feminine outfits. Idk though.
God loves you, and doesn't judge your clothes's as long as we dress respectively.

Seeing their children grow up depressed and in horrible lifestyles is very sad, but also is just a reminder that children need guidance from the parents, to be told no when they desire something bad or harmful. Wearing a dress is harmful now? Come on.
It’s the peak of delusion to think that wearing a dress is now somehow harmful or even tragic.
@Maksie0 it isn't the dress itself. That's the problem. It's how the boy will be treated and the lessons he learns from that treatment. You are correct you provided nothing of help so far. Just a drawn out "thoughts and prayers," message.
@@ShiniGuraiJoker It's not wrong to have long hair, or to wear a dress. The intention behind it is bad. Jesus had long hair but he never claimed to be a girl. If you're a guy and wear a dress for fun, that's fine. If you're a guy and wear a dress bc you wanna be a girl, that isn't
@@Sushie55 I am not sure how to assess your statement in comparison to the other person.
Suspending god from the equation, I do agree with you that there is nothing wrong with people wearing whatever clothes they want. I also see no moral issue if a person is LGBTQ
@@ShiniGuraiJoker If you don’t believe in God then what I’m about to say next is gonna sound ridiculous.
God created a man, then he created a woman so he wouldn’t be lonely (Adam and Eve). He looked at what he did and said “this is good” so he didn’t change anything. But now everybody is trying to change it. God created man to be with woman, and woman to be with man.
In the same way that nobody is born a pedophile, nobody is born gay, nobody is born transgender, and nobody is born straight.

@@Maksie0 You are nuts.
@@NoN0-eb8ljWhy's that?
@@Maksie0 God created Him as a boy XY. Sex cannot be changed. And sex can never be changed. He always will be a boy/man.
@@NoN0-eb8lj I don't care about your irrational religious beliefs. Trans people exist and the validity of their identity is backed by major medical and scientific organizations. On top of that, the notion that sex is based solely on chromosomes is incredibly reductive, and the notion that sex cannot change ignores the reality that hormone therapy has a huge effect on the human body.
