Thanks! I normally put a link, if it's mainly one video I used for the majority... but sometimes when I've cut so many different ones in, tbh I get lazy and don't list them all. Although this is something I will definitely look at doing in the future!

The video got the needle distribution tool somewhat right (aka useless)? I watched some videos backpedalling and now saying tapping the coffee is more effective than the super fancy needles haha
Like most things in the world of modern coffee... some people swear by it, some find it a waste of time. People just like to fiddle with gadgets I think.
The salt in Al Pacino's tears will help reduce the perception of bitterness.
